Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using Dev Patrache (the "Service"), operated by Patrache Studio (the "Operator"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides over 90 free online developer tools across 12 categories. These include, but are not limited to, JSON formatters, Base64 encoders/decoders, hash generators, color converters, and regex testers. All tools run entirely within the user's web browser, and no data is transmitted to external servers. No account creation or login is required to use the Service.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

• Using the Service for any illegal or unlawful purpose
• Placing excessive load on the Service through automated scraping, bots, crawlers, or similar means
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or unauthorized copying of the Service's source code, functionality, or interface
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures of the Service
• Interfering with other users' ability to access or use the Service
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful scripts through the Service

Article 4 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for technical, operational, or other reasons. In the event of a significant change or discontinuation, the Operator will provide advance notice to the extent reasonably practicable. Given the free nature of the Service, no compensation will be provided for service interruptions.

Article 5 (Advertising)

The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Advertising content is determined by Google based on user preferences, browsing history, and other factors. The Operator does not have direct control over the content of advertisements. Users can manage ad personalization through Google's ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com). The Operator is not responsible for any third-party products or services advertised through the Service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Service and all tools are provided "AS-IS" without any express or implied warranties. The Operator shall not be held liable for:

• Any data loss, corruption, or conversion errors resulting from tool usage
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of tool outputs
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical errors
• Any decisions or actions taken by users based on tool output results

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the user to the Operator through the Service (which is zero for this free Service).

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the source code, design, user interface, content, logos, and branding elements that comprise the Service belong to Patrache Studio. Users are free to use the tools provided by the Service, but copying, modifying, distributing, reselling, or creating derivative works from the Service itself is prohibited without prior written consent from the Operator.

Article 8 (Privacy)

The Service values user privacy. Matters concerning the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Service.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

In the event of a dispute between the Operator and a user regarding the use of the Service, both parties shall first endeavor to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the court specified in Article 9.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary. In the event of material changes, the Operator will notify users at least 30 days before the effective date of the changes through in-service announcements, email, or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
